NYLATRON

Nylatron® is the Trade Name for a family of Cast and Extruded Nylon shapes from Quadrant EPP. These productss are formulated to give superior performance in a variety of applications by adding proprietary additives to increase load, improve PV values, and give longer life in bearing and wear applications.

Features

Nylatron is Nylon (Polyamide) based polymer with additves such as Oil, Moly, and proprietary fillers. These allow higher speeds, higher loads, or reduced slip stik properties many are looking for. Available in Sheet, Rod, and Tubular Bar

Application

Bearings - Nylatron® NSM offers 10 times longer part life than standard type 6 nylon often used in bushings.

Rollers, Wheels & Wear Components - Nylon offers better wear resistance, compressive strength and fatigue resistance than other materials in a variety of wear application.

Wear Pads - Wear pads made of Nylatron® NSM nylon are light weight, able to support heavy loads, are non-abrasive to mating surfaces.

Gears - Gears made of Nylatron® NSM nylon run quieter and wear longer without the need for lubrication on processing equipment.
